Men taking Viagra, the new anti-impotence pill from Pfizer, have to wait up
to an hour for it to take effect. Now Pfizer and R. P. Sherer of Troy, Michigan,
are developing a wafer impregnated with Viagra that dissolves in saliva. This
could substantially cut the time between taking the drug and producing an
erection.
